Returns Information
Our customer service team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns. If you received the product and wish to exchange it for another item, or you received a damaged product, directions are provided below. Only products purchased on www.senfa.shop can be returned.
We only accept returns or replacements in case of product damage during shipping or any other genuine case (the final decision regarding the return will be taken by us, once we verify the product). We request you to please reach out to our customer service team within 3 days of delivery of said order. Once your returned products are verified by us, the amount of your order will be refunded to you within 7 business days.
Damaged Products
To claim a refund for missing or damaged products, record a video of the product being unpacked. If you don't have an unboxing film to prove it. Then the company is not liable for any product damage, loss, or disappearance.
Cancellations Policy
When you place an order it can be cancelled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care before your order is shipped. If you cancel your order in time, we will refund the entire amount back into your account. It may take 8-9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
